2012-2013   Queen of the Furrow

My name is Rachel Anstett and I have lived in Pinkerton my entire life with my parents Roland and Sherry, my brothers Neil and Keith and our dog Lola. I am currently attending Wilfrid Laurier University studying for a degree in Languages, focusing on French, Spanish and Arabic.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my year thus far being the queen of the furrow! I have had so many amazing opportunities and have met many interesting people who support agriculture in our community! Moreover, I am looking forward to competing for the International Queen of the Furrow in Mitchell in September, and I hope to see some familiar faces the week of the match!!
